I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2005 at Box Hill tafe, with Certificate 3 and 4.

I started my Personal Training business from home, wanting to create a comfortable and easy surrounding for people to exercise in. My exercise programmes are designed to tone and strengthen the body always taking into consideration the care of bones and joints
